Customs
duties on import, applicable in the State of Israel on products originating in
the Republic of Bulgaria listed in this paragraph shall be reduced in
accordance with the following timetable:
For
List A to Annex III:
From
the entry into force of the Agreement - to 50 % of the basic duty;
From
the 1st of January 2002 - the customs duties shall be abolished.
For
List B to Annex III:
From
the entry into force of the Agreement - to 75% of the basic duty;
From
the 1st of January 2002 - to 50% of the basic duty;
From
the 1st of January 2003 - to 25% of the basic duty;
From
the 1st of January 2004 - the customs duties shall be abolished.
