This project is operated by the Finance Administration of the Ministry of Industry
and Trade. The program assists in the application of business management tools in
order to improve performance and profits.

To this end a large database of guides has been established. It contains hundreds
of experienced consultants with expertise in a wide variety of fields such as:
general management, financial management, production management, marketing
management, information systems, human resources management and other relevant
fields.

Target Populations:
|
|
Businesses employing 1-4 people in all regions of the country. These businesses
can receive up to 20 hours of guidance given through the field offices after
authorization by the Director of the Guidance Project.
|
|
Businesses employing 5-100 people in all regions of the country except Tel-Aviv.
They can receive up to 150 hours of guidance through the Director of the
Guidance Project.

Financing the Guidance:
|
|
Financing for guidance is divided as follows: 25% of expenses are funded by the
businesses themselves while the remaining 75% is covered by the Ministry of
Industry and Trade.

The Cost of Guidance:
|
|
Costs are based on consulting fees (using the pay scale for a senior consultant
"A") as specified in the directives of the Director of Salaries at the Ministry of
Finance.
