The Ministry of Industry and Trade operates an assistance program
for the development of human capital for industry, which has the
following objectives:

Increasing the availability of human capital in Israel
to further industrial
development.
|
|
|
Internalization of an enduring culture of development
among factory
employees in development areas as an integral part of their daily
routine.
|
|
|
Expansion of the pool of human capital required for
the
knowledge-intensive and hi-tech industries in Israel as a whole.
|
|
|
|
The program for developing human capital assists
industry through
three separate tracks:
|
|
|
Track I offers direct assistance to factories in
development areas.
|
|
|
Track II supports special projects for the development
of human capital in
cooperation with educational and other institutions.
|
|
|
Track III supports the development of human capital for
knowledge-intensive
and hi-tech industries throughout the country.
