Joint Declaration on the Cumulation of Rules of Origin

Considering the importance of regional European cooperation, Bulgaria and Israel declare their desire to apply diagonal cumulation of origin within the system of Pan-European cumulation , and shall  make all efforts in order to achieve such cumulation. As soon as Israel accedes to the system of Pan-European cumulation, Bulgaria and Israel shall modify accordingly the relevant provisions of Protocol B.
